With a lively pace immediately after the start of the Briton Martin Cox blew the box-off than I was the only one. In good (because fresh) external conditions, but in part from the strong rain softened ground, I was talking to km 17.5 to Martin, when I got the pace of tightening, I right away and built the lead to finish out continuously.
After 1997! (Then Mountain Running Jenesien-Möltner Kaser) for me it was the 2 Tschöggelberg victory on the high plateau.
begins now my road race season; and with the traditional running of Murten in the French-speaking Switzerland, where I will meet strong African competition, it's on 3 October for the same thing properly.
