Murten run

77th Edition, 6402 finisher solely with the main run-that the figures behind this year's Murten run (or in French: Morat-Fribourg). I first joined this classic on the Swiss road races and opened so my fall road race season. The run leads
Murten, on undulating profile with three long climbs and two downhill tracks, over 17, 1 km from Morat to Fribourg, from north to south.
had after a long mountain running season, I though two interval units on the flat in the legs (of which I had been voted the second confidence), but in the first few minutes of the race I noticed that for flat road races, a lack of competitors hardness. I rolled in the group with Tarcis Ançay and Martin Cox and started me in a flat passage at km 11 to finally feel good (after I was on the first stop on the often km), but the fast downhill section between miles 11 and 12.5 should turn the tide: Suddenly, my muscles were hardened, and counter-rise, which was lined on both sides of crowds, I had to let my group. In the last four km I had to fight pretty on Ançay I lost 55 seconds
Although I am not quite satisfied with the outcome, the race was a great experience for me-I was impressed by the many spectators, the last 6 km of the route lined.
