How To Determine Bra Size Fruit

Terza prova del Campionato Italiano-Susa, 22 agosto, con la Raduno nazionale

After trying for several times in recent years to qualify for a European or World Cup, this year I decided to take it lightly. In fact, so I wanted to try the second race of the Italians, but with the Zermatt Marathon in the legs. By the ninth Bondone July 18 World Cup has become a difficult mission, but not completely impossible-it would take the Garone in the third and final round of the Italians.
In recent weeks my condition was growing with every race, I knew it would be possible to run well at Susa, where over a distance of 11 km were to exceed 1450 meters in altitude. Actually, I had already attended four times (including twice wearing the blue shirt at the Challenge Stellina, a Nations Cup in) famous race in the Piedmont and therefore knew well the first part of the route. I knew that I am not too comfortable on the rocky, also feared that the heat was expected because of Aug. 22.
After 20 minutes of starting a race may be too fast (I started the climb with the first group) and the heat I had the account I was in crisis, the lead group was leaving, approaching from behind Rungger, and Lanfranchi Manzi. I told myself I was wrong, just the race that matters, setting tactics, but I did not want to give up yet. "I waited for the" train-Rungger Lanfranchi and running in their wake and the shade of the forest in the second stint I could recover. Ten minutes after I decided to attack, but only 5 managed to pull Rungger and Lanfranchi. I approached more and more as well as vaccines for passes 300 meters from the finish. After a bad race in the middle part was nevertheless able to conclude with a nice finish.

After the race I attended the national meeting of the Pian del Frais and I must say it was a good experience (with training than usual). Diagnosed after an injury to the Italian champion in 2010 Martin Dematteis, to whom I wish a speedy recovery and good, I finally arrived in the squad for the World Cup to be held September 5 in Kamnik in Slovenia.

Outdoortrophy

The Outdoor Trophy, a team competition with the disciplines of mountain running, paragliding, kayaking and mountain biking, which takes place in Lingenau in Bregenzerwald was, for me at the same time a final competition test for the mountain run-Italy Cup in Susa, 22 August. With
Markus Prantl (paragliding), Gerhard Schmid (kayak) and Hannes Pallhuber (MTB) I was also in a strong team at the start.
The mountain run was, as usual, the first discipline of the competition, the track on the second half because of rain the previous day softened considerably. I went on the run very well, I was in the lead with the point (Schiessl, Havlicek, Krupicka) keep up, only to the last twin-km I got one minute left on Krupicka.
A victory seemed possible, for now was to Markus Prantl the strongest field at the start of the paraglider. But it should something unexpected crop up: Markus was at the start of twice downwind of the Press Hubsschraubers "brought down". This incident took us to the four minutes, and of course all the chances to win.

second Speed 8 (Havlicek-Bilek-Maroul-Hudecek) 3h36.28

Mountain Run Results:

Harakiri Run

The Run Harakiri in Mayrhofen / Zillertal, Station 2 of the WMRA Grand Prix 2010 - a World Cup race So, for me an opportunity to measure myself against the best in the world.
the basis of the start list I saw four athletes to be absolutely unbeatable at (Arslan, Wyatt, Schneider, Kosgei), another four (Krupicka, Chebusit, Wangari, Maiyo) as almost unbeatable. So it was a place to 8th place, to think of 9, I should all the other runners as the best Austrians (which incidentally, ran a kind of World Cup qualification) under control.
When the 2-mile flat first and the last wave were subtracted to overcome just about 6.5 km altitude of 1200 meters.
Prior to the actual start then neutralized lap to run, when the pace was set by a pilot vehicle. When Arriving earlier, my legs had felt something hard-the euphoria after the victory at the Karwendel mountain run me was probably tempted to train a bit too intense. For the tactic in any case, this meant the race to target very carefully.
was the end of the neutralized round so I am in a bad position, as was the go-ahead, I was on about the 25th Place. Nevertheless, I remained calm and made good on the first two kilometers of flat only a few places. With such a steep flat race six minutes of the race start to play no role. The first steep section then (about 300 hm 1.5 km), which led the way in switchbacks through the forest, I tried to control to-operate only after several minutes I began to climb slowly catching up: including Martin Mausser, Orlando Edwards, Mark Kröll and the Kenyan Wangari. In the flatter middle section with asphalt surface, I overtook the Sweden Kleist and Roman Skalsky, ten seconds I had before me the inserted an assault Krupicka, and another 10 against the Kenyans and Maiyo Chebusit. The first four Arslan, Wyatt, Kosgei and Schneider were already far away.
After 30 minutes of the race began the final climb, I knew immediately that it would pull Krupicka. I still felt fresh and was sure to catch the two in front of me running Kenyans. Just before I opened it at minute 45 Maiyo, had Chebusit deposed-I overtook Maiyo and stalked me again approached Chebusit. At the end of the ascent, 800 m from the finish, I went in and was able to break away from Chebusit-on the last half km, which ran on a narrow trail and downhill leader, I was a little uncertain on the road, promptly passed me the Kenyans back for I was rank 7
After the Zermatt marathon contest three races I have a very good level for your next event now I push a training development phase.
