The International Council of the WSF is struggling with the decision to the next venue. In three sessions, Berlin and Copenhagen, 2007, and Abuja, 2008, the Africans have been promised: The Next Generation Forum 2011, to Africa. The organizations represented in the Council of the continent should submit for the meeting following a joint proposal to Belém.
Such is not pretend to want to invite but the firm assurance of a dozen African council members, the Forum in their continent.
